  Created a Web Application HTTPHandler which is used for displaying MDS documents (Minimum Data Set) as PDFs in a browser popup window. The handler also includes a highlighting feature to color code individual MDS fields.  The handler incorporates the TallComponents PDF component as the PDF rendering engine
